Premio Potato Pancakes

For 4 people
Ingredients

• 2 potatoes, grated
• 1 onion, grated
• 1/2 Fuji apple, chopped
• 1/2 of 16oz frozen beer bratwurst, cooked, chopped
• 1 egg
• 2-3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
• 1 teaspoon garlic powder
• salt and pepper to taste

1. Combine all the ingredients.
2. Cook on a griddle.
