How to make Glorious Sausage Pie:
Get out frying pan and coat with a little oil heat up and add onions cook until soft, add Premio Sausage remove from casing and break up and brown. Remove excess fat, let sausage squeeze water out of spinach and add to pan saute for a few min. Let mixture cool a little in fridge. While waiting get a bowl and add eggs riccotta, parmesean cheese and mozzarella salt and pepper to taste mix well until everything melds together when sausage mixture is cool add that mix well then pour into frozen pie crusts can be with top or not. Bake for 1 hour at 375 pre heated oven. Watch for overbrowning of crust put on the last rack. Eat hot or cold delicious!!!
