• 1 Package of Premio Beer Bratwurst, Cut into chunks• 1 Bag of Sabrett's Sauerkraut• 1 Can of Beer (any-- but my preference is Guiness--it will make it darker and richer)• 2 Bay leaves• 1/2 teaspoon of Szged Hot Paprika
How to make Hungarian Bratwurst:Put all ingredients in a crock pot and set for 6-8 hours//or according to schedule.Make/Serve with Beer Bread:1 can of beer3.5 cups of self-rising flour3 Tablespoons of butter (melted)Mix Beer and flour together. Cover it with Saran Wrap...Let it rise for 5-6 hours (or when you come home from work). Pour bread into Pyrex dish/bowl. Bake at 350 for 50 minutes. Melt butter in microwave and drizzle ontop of bread. Place back in oven for another 2-3 minutes.Enjoy!
