How to make Premio Midway Corn Dogs
1. Put cornmeal, flour, salt, baking powder and sugar in a mixing bowl.
2. In a separate bowl, whisk together milk, egg, mustard and honey. Pour wet ingredients into dry and stir until smooth.
3. Cut each sausage in half and skewer with a 10-inch skewer. Dip sausage into batter and fry at 375º F until golden.
4. Drain on paper towels. Serve with fruited slaw salad….and/or favorite dipping sauce.
5. Make 6 servings.
