    Ingredients:

    • 1 C polenta
    • 1 package Premio Italian sausage
    • 1 TBS olive oil
    • 1 clove garlic, crushed
    • 6 C tomatoes, diced
    • ½ C basil, chopped
    • Parmesan for garnish
    How to make Premio n Polenta:
    Prepare polenta by boiling in water. Stir until creamy.  Simmer Premio Italian Sausage in ¾” water until cooked through, turning ½ way through cooking.  Water should be evaporated by the time the Premio Sausage are cooked though. If not, drain and add olive oil and garlic clove. Brown sausage. Add diced tomatoes and simmer an additional 10 minutes. Add basil and toss. Top sausage and fresh tomato sauce over creamy polenta. Finish with grated Parmesan. Serves 3-5.
