Ground Pork Taco Nachos

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound fresh ground pork
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 bag tortilla chips (scoops)
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 jar pickled jalapenos
  • 1 cup sliced green onions
  • 1/2 cup chopped cilantro

4 Servings | 30 Minutes

  • Always cook pork sausage to a minimum internal temperature of 160° F using a meat thermometer.
  • Always cook chicken sausage to a minimum internal temperature of 165° F using a meat thermometer.

How to make Ground Pork Taco Nachos:

Step 1 – Brown ground pork in a skillet and prepare with taco seasoning

Step 2 – Place tortilla chips on flat sheet pan

Step 3 – Sprinkle the ground pork on top of chips

Step 4 – Sprinkle shredded cheese on top of chips

Step 5 – Sprinkle jalapenos on top of chips

Step 6 – Sprinkle green onions on top of chips

Step 7 – Place in oven at 350 degrees for 15 minutes

Step 8 – Take out of oven and sprinkle with cilantro
