Ingredients:
16 ounces Premio Sausage (choose your favorite), cooked and sliced
1 medium sweet potato, sliced
1 Fuji apple, sliced
1/2 chopped onion
1/2 cup cream of mushroom
1 cup milk
- Always cook pork sausage to a minimum internal temperature of 160° F using a meat thermometer.
- Always cook chicken sausage to a minimum internal temperature of 165° F using a meat thermometer.
How to make Slices of Heaven:
1. Heat oven 400 degrees (F).
2. Cook sliced potatoes and sweet potato in the microwave for 7 minutes (they just need to be half cooked).
3. In a deep glass pie dish, layer sliced 1 potato, sweet potato, Premio Beer Bratwurst, chopped onion and apple, then another layer of potatoes
4. Pour mixture of cream of mushroom and milk over the layers. Cook in the oven for about 20 minutes.
