1 cup of Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
2 dashes of hot sauce (optional)
1 pack of hamburger buns
- Always cook pork sausage to a minimum internal temperature of 160° F using a meat thermometer.
- Always cook chicken sausage to a minimum internal temperature of 165° F using a meat thermometer.
How to make Hot Sausage Burgers:
1. Cook Premio Hot Italian Sausage according to package instructions, but do not fully cook. Shred the sausage finely and let cool.
2. Once cooled, combine with all other ingredients to make hamburger patties. Place on grill and grill to perfection. Remove from grill and assemble to bun (grill buns if desired).
