1 package Premio Sweet Italian Chicken Sausage
1 large, fresh red pepper
1 large white onion
1 small can tomato sauce
- Always cook pork sausage to a minimum internal temperature of 160° F using a meat thermometer.
- Always cook chicken sausage to a minimum internal temperature of 165° F using a meat thermometer.
How to make Italian Chicken Sausage and Peppers:
1. On a grill over medium-high heat, grill Premio Sausage until browned. Cut red pepper and onion into strips.
2. Once sausages are done, cut into bite-size pieces and place in grilling pan. Add pepper, onion and tomato sauce. Cover, return to grill and cook until vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally.
