Ingredients:
1 package Premio Hot Italian Sausage Meat
1 (16 ounce) can kidney beans,drained
2 (16 ounce) cans pork and beans,drained
2 (15 ounce) cans butter beans,drained
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup catsup
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
- Always cook pork sausage to a minimum internal temperature of 160° F using a meat thermometer.
- Always cook chicken sausage to a minimum internal temperature of 165° F using a meat thermometer.
How to make Mama's Hot Bean Dish:
1. In large frying pan, brown Premio sausage meat and onion. Drain off excess grease. Place sausage mixture in large bowl.
2. Combine all of the beans with the sausage mixture and add all of the other ingredients; stir.
3. Pour into a greased 2 quart baking dish. Cover with foil and bake in 350 degree (F) oven for 45 minutes. Remove and allow to cool before serving.
SERVES: 4-6
