- Always cook pork sausage to a minimum internal temperature of 160° F using a meat thermometer.
- Always cook chicken sausage to a minimum internal temperature of 165° F using a meat thermometer.
How to make Grilled Sausage & Veggie Foil Packs:
- Heat grill on medium-high heat.
- Wrap the veggies tightly in foil with 2tsp oil, salt, pepper, and garlic. Make sure foil is sealed tight to trap heat.
- Cook for approximately 20 minutes on the grill with the lid shut.
- Halfway through the veggies cooking, add the sausage and cook approximately 5 minutes per side, checking for an internal temp of 165° F.
