Ingredients:

1 package Premio Sausage (choose your favorite), cut into chunks
1 bag of sauerkraut
1 can of beer
2 bay leaves
1/2 teaspoon of Szged hot paprika

  • Always cook pork sausage to a minimum internal temperature of 160° F using a meat thermometer.
  • Always cook chicken sausage to a minimum internal temperature of 165° F using a meat thermometer.
