1/2 package Premio Italian Sausage (your favorite variety), cooked and crumbled
1 container prepared pesto
1 can Great Northern (white) beans, drained
Red wine vinegar
1 bag Party ‘tizers Dippin’ Chips (your favorite flavor)
- Always cook pork sausage to a minimum internal temperature of 160° F using a meat thermometer.
- Always cook chicken sausage to a minimum internal temperature of 165° F using a meat thermometer.
How to make Pesto Perfection Dip:
1. Mix container of pesto with drained white beans in a food processor. Add a couple splashes of red wine; mix well.
2. Move mixture to a serving bowl. Top with crumbled Premio Sausage. Serve with favorite Dippin’ Chips to dip into and enjoy!
