How to make I -Talian Sausage Sandwiches:Cut the baguette lengthwise and spread it with butter, parmesian cheese, and garlic salt, toast baguettes in the broiler. In the meantime cook the Premio Sweet/Mild Italian Sausage in water to cook through remove the water and sausage add a little olive oil and fry the onions, once carmelized remove the onions and fry the sauage, after they are fried to your browness slice the sausage on a diagnol. Slice your cheese and cover the bread with the slices return to the broiler to melt the cheese once melted add the green peppers sauasage and carmelized onions put the sandwich together and enjoy. Serves 4.
