Creamy Sausage and Pepper Spinach Dip

Ingredients:

12 ounces Premio Private: Italian Sausage with Pepper, Onion & Mushroom, casings removed
1/2 cup green bell pepper, diced
1/2 cup red onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
16 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded Italian blend cheese
1 cup jarred Alfredo sauce
1 teaspoon hot sauce
10 ounces frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
1/2 cup oil packed sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
1 bag Party ‘tizers Veggie Dippin’ Chips

  • Always cook pork sausage to a minimum internal temperature of 160° F using a meat thermometer.
  • Always cook chicken sausage to a minimum internal temperature of 165° F using a meat thermometer.

How to make Creamy Sausage and Pepper Spinach Dip:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees (F). In a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, add Premio Sausage; cook for 5 minutes, stirring often. Add diced pepper, onion and garlic; continue cooking until sausage is fully cooked and crumbled.

2. In a large bowl, stir together the cream cheese, Italian cheese, Alfredo sauce and hot sauce. Stir in the sausage mixture, spinach and tomatoes until combined.

3. Spoon mixture into a lightly greased casserole dish and bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until lightly browned and heated through. Remove and serve with Veggie Dippin’ Chips.
