Land and Sea Bar-B-Q

Ingredients:

1 package Premio Hot Italian Sausage
1 dozen clams (cleaned shells)
1 pound shrimp (can be left in shell fresh or frozen)
1 pound crab legs (already steamed)
5 large potatoes cut into chunks
1 large sweet green pepper, sliced thick
1 large red sweet pepper, sliced thick
1 medium onion, sliced thick
1 clove minced garlic

  • Always cook pork sausage to a minimum internal temperature of 160° F using a meat thermometer.
  • Always cook chicken sausage to a minimum internal temperature of 165° F using a meat thermometer.

How to make Land and Sea Bar-B-Q:

1. Add oil to bottom of large foil pan, enough to just cover. Add Premio Sausage with the potatoes, peppers (green and red), onions, and garlic; cover with foil.

2. Place on hot grill at a medium heat for 45 minutes. Then add the clams, shrimp, and already steamed crab legs. Recover with foil and continue cooking on grill for 1/2 hour to 45 mins. This is done when clams open and shrimp is pinked.
