Beef & Sausage Loaf

Ingredients:

1/2 pound Premio Sweet Italian Sausage Meat
1 pound ground beef
1 can mushrooms (4 ounces) with liquid (optional)
1 egg, beaten
2 cups soft unflavored bread crumbs
1/2 teaspoon onion salt
3/4 cup celery, about 2 stalks
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt, finely chopped
1 tablespoon horseradish sauce (optional)

  • Always cook pork sausage to a minimum internal temperature of 160° F using a meat thermometer.
  • Always cook chicken sausage to a minimum internal temperature of 165° F using a meat thermometer.
