- Always cook pork sausage to a minimum internal temperature of 160° F using a meat thermometer.
- Always cook chicken sausage to a minimum internal temperature of 165° F using a meat thermometer.
How to make Beef & Sausage Loaf:
1. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Shape, rounding the top.
2. Place in crockpot and cook on lowfor 9-10 hrs.
