Buffalo Sausage Dip with Pretzel Top

Ingredients:

1 pound Premio Hot Italian Sausage Meat
8 ounces cream cheese
1-3 green onions, chopped
1/2 cup red pepper sauce
1 tablespoon white vinegar
2 tablespoons butter
1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
1-2 cups crushed pretzels
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1 bag Party ‘tizers Three Bean Dippin’ Chips

  • Always cook pork sausage to a minimum internal temperature of 160° F using a meat thermometer.
  • Always cook chicken sausage to a minimum internal temperature of 165° F using a meat thermometer.

How to make Buffalo Sausage Dip with Pretzel Top:

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees (F). In a saucepan, add butter and Premio Sausage Meat; cook sausage until just browned.

2. Add red pepper sauce, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt and cream cheese to saucepan. Over medium heat, stir together until cream cheese has melted and dip is uniform. Stir in green onions. Mix crushed pretzels with parmesan cheese.

3. Place sausage mixture into a baking dish and top with crushed pretzel mixture. Press pretzel mixture down into dip and place in oven for 10-20 minutes until top has browned. Remove from oven and serve the buffalo sausage dip hot with Three Bean Dippin’ Chips.
