I can’t thank you enough for taking the time and effort to be extra nice to your smallest customer. It has been my experience that when dealing with large corporations, the people there are often complacent (at best), and aren’t interested in individual customers. I could NEVER say that about Premio. Every person I have dealt with at Premio has been super nice.
My wife’s spaghetti dinner, made with Premio sausage, is my favorite dinner. Her spaghetti sauce recipe is her grandmother’s, and it is excellent!
I also wanted to thank you for the “extra’s” you included in the package (which arrived as promised, and in excellent condition).
I tell everyone( that will listen) what wonderful people you are, and that you treat me like a member of your family!!

PS When I’m living in New York (which I do part of the year) I don’t have to worry about where my wife will buy Premio sausage.
