Cheesy Spicy Chili Sausage Dip

Looking for a fun way to turn up the heat? Try our tempting Cheesy Spicy Chili Sausage Dip at your parties, picnics and other summer gatherings.

To begin, preheat your oven to 450 degrees. Remove your Premio Hot Italian sausage from its casings and brown it with two tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat in a Dutch oven. Add in onions and peppers and saute, then add a can of black beans, a can of red beans, a can of beer and a can of fire-roasted tomatoes. Mix well. Cover and let cook for half an hour. After the mixture cools, pour it into a glass baking pan and top with crushed chips, chili seasoning and shredded cheese. Place in the oven under the broiler and serve with chips for a fiery snack!

Spicy Sausage Stuffed Squash

For a healthier meal with a taste of spicy sausage, our Spicy Sausage Stuffed Squash is the perfect fresh summer dish.

Start by preheating your oven to 375 degrees, then place the halves of your squash of choice cut-side down on a roasting pan and bake for about 35 minutes or until tender. Remove from your oven and let cool. While your squash is in the oven, cut Premio Hot Italian sausage into small pieces and brown over medium heat in a pan until crispy. Add in your torn kale and diced onion until brown, then pour in chicken broth and simmer for about 10 minutes.

Scoop out the insides of squash, mash and mix with the meat mixture in your pan, then scoop the mixture into the halves of your squash. Top with panko breadcrumbs, chopped pecans and grated Romano cheese.

Red Hot Chili With Rum

If you enjoy a hot dish with fresh ingredients and a unique kick, try our Red Hot Chili with Rum whenever you have company or for a fun summer family meal.

Begin by browning Premio Hot Italian sausage over medium heat in a Dutch oven. Drain out excess fat, leaving about a tablespoon still in the Dutch oven. Add in onion, pepper and garlic and cook until softened, then stir in brown sugar, red pepper flakes, dark rum, hot pepper sauce, ground chili powder, chopped hot peppers and cans of crushed tomatoes. Simmer for one hour until the mixture is thickened and garnish with shredded cheese and tomatoes. Yum!

Cajun Sausage and Shrimp Pizza

Combining the fresh flavors of seafood and the surprise of Cajun spices in a new take on an Italian classic, our Cajun Sausage and Shrimp Pizza is the perfect crowd-pleaser.

First, preheat your oven to 425 degrees and place your pizza crust on a pizza stone or pan. Next, saute Premio Cajun Sausage with a tablespoon of olive oil in a pan over medium heat for six to eight minutes or until thoroughly cooked.

Then, take it out of the pan and set aside. Saute shrimp, green pepper, celery and thyme for five minutes, set shrimp aside, then combine the green pepper, garlic, celery and thyme with pizza sauce and spread over crust. Top your pizza with mozzarella cheese, sausage, green onions and shrimp, then bake for 10 to 12 minutes in the preheated oven.

Enjoy every tasty slice!
