  • 1 package of Premio Sweet Italian Sausage, cooked and cut into rounds
  • 8 10-inch or 12-inch flour tortillas
  • 4 jarred whole roasted red peppers, drained and cut into strips
  • 1 1/3 cups of marinara sauce
  • 2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup of shredded Asiago cheese
  • 2 teaspoons of Italian seasoning

Spread the sausage rounds and strips of roasted red peppers evenly over four of the tortillas.
